How to Help Your Patients Find Klisyri in Stock: A Provider's Guide

When a patient leaves your office with a Klisyri prescription, too often the story ends at the pharmacy counter — with disappointment. Klisyri (tirbanibulin) is a brand-name-only drug with no generic equivalent, a retail price exceeding $1,900, and limited routine pharmacy stocking. This guide is designed to help dermatologists, PCPs, NPs, and PAs take proactive steps that dramatically increase the likelihood their patients will successfully fill a Klisyri prescription.

Step 1: Route the Prescription to an In-Network Pharmacy

The single highest-impact action you can take is routing the Klisyri prescription to an Almirall Advantage Network pharmacy rather than to the patient's default pharmacy. These pharmacies:
