Medfinder Savings Card Terms & Disclosures

Required disclosures for the free Medfinder prescription savings card.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

The Medfinder prescription savings card (the “Savings Card”) is a free prescription discount program offered by Insito Health, Inc. (“Medfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms and disclosures explain how the Savings Card works and the important limitations that apply to it. By using the Savings Card, you agree to these terms.

This is not insurance

THE SAVINGS CARD IS A DISCOUNT ONLY AND IS NOT INSURANCE. It is not a health insurance policy, not a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act, and not a substitute for insurance. The Savings Card simply provides discounts on prescription medications at participating pharmacies. We do not make payments to pharmacies or pharmacists. You are responsible for paying the full discounted price for your prescriptions at the point of sale.

How the Savings Card works

  1. Search for your medication and a nearby pharmacy on Medfinder.
  2. Show your Savings Card — including the Member ID, BIN, PCN, and Group number — to the pharmacist.
  3. The pharmacy applies the discount and you pay the discounted cash price directly to the pharmacy.

Your Member ID does not expire and may be reused for future refills. There is no enrollment, account, or membership required to use the Savings Card.

The Savings Card is free

The Savings Card is free to consumers. There are no fees, dues, membership charges, or other costs to obtain or use it. Because there is no charge, there is nothing to refund or cancel.

Discounts, participating pharmacies, and savings

Discounts are available only at participating pharmacies. Prices and savings vary by drug, dosage, pharmacy, and location, and are subject to change at any time without notice. Not every medication is eligible for a discount at every pharmacy, and the discounted price is not guaranteed at any particular pharmacy.

Advertised savings of “up to 80%” reflect the maximum discount that may be available off a pharmacy’s retail cash price. Most prescriptions will not achieve the maximum discount, and actual savings will vary. Prices shown on Medfinder are estimates supplied through our pricing network partner and are not an offer or guarantee of a specific price or of medication availability.

Cannot be combined with insurance or government programs

The Savings Card cannot be used in conjunction with any federal or state government-funded healthcare program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. It also cannot be combined with insurance. The Savings Card may be used as a cash-pay alternative when the discounted price is lower than your insurance or government-program price — in that case, ask your pharmacist not to run the prescription through your insurance or Medicare. The Savings Card is intended to be used instead of, not in addition to, any insurance or government benefit.

“Text my card” / SMS terms

If you choose to have your Savings Card sent to you by text message, you consent to receive an automated text message containing your Savings Card at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of using Medfinder or obtaining the Savings Card. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number is used to send the message you requested and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Massachusetts residents

This program is a discount program and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.

Not medical advice

Medfinder does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the Savings Card program is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or pharmacist about your medications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and disclosures from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
