What Conditions Does Zoryve Treat?

Zoryve is FDA-approved for three skin conditions, with different formulations for each:

Plaque Psoriasis: Zoryve cream 0.3% is FDA-approved for plaque psoriasis in adults and children 2 years and older. Zoryve foam 0.3% is approved for plaque psoriasis of the scalp and body in patients 12 and older. Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated condition causing itchy, raised, scaly plaques on the skin.

Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema): Zoryve cream 0.15% treats mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adults and children 6 and older. Zoryve cream 0.05% treats the same condition specifically in children ages 2–5. Eczema causes dry, itchy, inflamed skin.

Seborrheic Dermatitis: Zoryve foam 0.3% is approved for seborrheic dermatitis in adults and children 9 and older. This condition causes scaly patches, red skin, and dandruff, often on the scalp, face, and chest.

What Are the Different Zoryve Formulations?

Zoryve comes in four distinct formulations — it's important to know which one your doctor has prescribed:

Zoryve cream 0.3%: For plaque psoriasis, age 2+. Available in 60-gram tubes.

How Do You Use Zoryve?

Zoryve is applied once daily, every day, to the affected areas of skin. Follow these steps:

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin and rub in completely.

Wash your hands after applying (unless you're treating your hands).

Apply only to affected areas — not to healthy skin.

Do not use in or near your eyes, mouth, or vagina.

For foam: shake well before use. Apply to dry skin. Avoid fire and flame immediately after.

Unlike topical steroids, Zoryve has no restriction on duration of use or which body sites it can be applied to (except avoiding eyes, mouth, and genitals for internal use). It can be used on the face, neck, armpits, skin folds, and genitals — all areas where long-term steroid use is typically problematic.

How Long Does Zoryve Take to Work?

Itch relief can begin within 24 hours of the first application for some patients. Visible clearing of psoriasis plaques and eczema typically takes 2–4 weeks of daily use, with significant improvement seen at the 8-week clinical trial endpoints.
