At Medfinder, we believe no patient should ever have to worry about where they’re going to fill their next prescription. But every year, over 1 in 4 Americans who take prescriptions walk into a pharmacy and walk out empty-handed.

We started Medfinder because we’ve been there, and we knew something had to be done. That’s why we’re on a mission to ensure every patient gets access to the medications they need.

Our product is powered by AI agents (primarily voice AI) that automate the most manual, broken parts of the prescription journey. As the #1 medication locating service in the market, we’ve helped over 30,000 patients across the US fill their prescriptions, and have partnered with hundreds of healthcare organizations, alongside leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. We’re growing extremely fast and lean, having quadrupled revenue and customers in the last 12 months without expanding our team.

About the Role

You’ll be our first full-time marketing & growth hire and a force multiplier across our entire funnel. You’ll execute across acquisition, conversion, retention, and brand by building AI systems that do the work for you, not by doing more. That’s how you’ll punch infinitely above your weight.

We’re not looking for someone who uses ChatGPT to write copy faster. We’re looking for an operator at the bleeding edge of AI in marketing. They build agents, design prompts that produce production-grade output, wire up automation pipelines that compound over time, and treat every manual workflow as a system waiting to be replaced.

You’ll inherit a marketing stack that’s already agentic — agents do the work, not pipelines. We’ve already deployed a GEO/AEO agent that monitors brand citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews and ships optimized content into production, a programmatic SEO engine that publishes and refreshes thousands of pages to drive traffic, and a self-learning lifecycle agent designs our marketing emails, strategizes campaigns, and runs A/B tests autonomously. Your job is to extend it, push it further, and find the next ten things we should be doing that nobody else has figured out yet.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and collaborate with our Ops lead and engineering team to ship across every channel that matters.

What You’ll Do

You’ll execute across the full marketing and growth funnel, with AI as your primary leverage point at every step.

Acquisition & Top-of-Funnel

  • Own and extend our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) agent, which monitors brand citations across AI search, scores prompt coverage, and ships content updates autonomously. Push it further with new prompt taxonomies, multi-engine monitoring, citation lift attribution, and automated competitive intelligence.
  • Operate and expand our programmatic SEO engine, using LLM pipelines to generate, optimize, and refresh content at scale across thousands of pages.
  • Push the bleeding edge of AI-generated creative for paid and organic social (frontier text-to-video, image generation, voice cloning, AI avatars) to ship 10x the variant volume at a fraction of the cost. Work with our fractional team to optimize distribution.
  • Own organic social and UGC pipelines end-to-end, building distribution flywheels for short-form video and still content using AI-augmented production pipelines.
  • Build autonomous agents that handle influencer discovery, partnership development, and creator collaboration. They compound over time.

Conversion & On-Site

  • Run a continuous experimentation engine across our landing pages and conversion paths. Use LLMs to generate copy and creative variants at scale, and use AI to analyze results and recommend next iterations.
  • Architect AI-powered personalization across our funnel, including dynamic landing experiences, condition- and medication-specific journeys, and contextual messaging that adapts to each patient.

Retention & Lifecycle

  • Extend and push our self-learning lifecycle agent, which already designs marketing emails, strategizes campaigns, and runs its own A/B tests autonomously. Your job is to make it smarter, expand its surface area (SMS, push, in-product), and feed it the right inputs to keep compounding.
  • Iterate on and scale our Power User Program (Advocate / Champion / Ambassador tiers) and broader referral mechanics.

Build the System

  • Build new agents and tools when off-the-shelf doesn’t cut it.
  • Stand up AI-augmented analytics across the funnel, using agents that surface insights, flag anomalies, and recommend the next experiment.
  • Collaborate with engineering on the broader Medfinder AI surface area, including how our voice AI platform and partner integrations can become marketing channels in their own right.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a relentless operator with the right mix of taste, technical fluency, and analytical thinking. They’ve already internalized that AI changes what one person can do.

  • You build with AI, not just use it. You’ve shipped agents and automations that did real work, written prompts that produce production-grade output, and you know when to use which model.
  • You can read code, and you’ve probably written some. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you’ve shipped Python scripts, written SQL, built automations, or contributed code to a real product.
  • You treat LLMs as collaborators. You know how to brief them, how to evaluate output, when to trust them, and how to architect prompts and context for reliable results.
  • You’ve automated yourself out of at least one task before, and then gone looking for the next one.
  • You can produce higher-quality work than anyone you know, and 10x faster, because you’ve built systems to compound your output.
  • You have taste. AI hasn’t replaced taste. You’re a top-tier communicator, storyteller, and writer, and you know the difference between AI slop and AI-leveraged work.
  • You learn new tools faster than the rest of us can find them. You’re already running 3–4 things in beta and have opinions about which will stick.
  • You own everything you do, good or bad.
  • You don’t fear failure, you fear stagnation.
  • You want to build from the ground up. A traditional 9-5 would bore you to death.
  • You mix creativity with rigor. You’re comfortable in dashboards, comfortable with data, and you can defend a decision with both intuition and numbers.

Bonus Points

  • You’ve shipped something on the bleeding edge of AI tooling that you’re proud of, like a custom agent, a GPT, a Claude Project, or a browser-use agent.
  • You have hands-on experience with modern AI-native marketing infrastructure like agentic workflows, headless CMS, lifecycle automation, and product analytics.
  • You’ve done real GEO/AEO/SEO work, not just keyword research but technical and structural optimization for AI search.
  • You’ve grown a B2C product from 0 to 1.
  • You have a background in healthcare or health & wellness.
  • You’ve been a founder, worked at a startup, or operated in a high-growth environment.

Compensation is a combination of salary and equity. As our first Marketing & Growth hire, you’ll be laying the foundation for a large portion of our long-term growth, with significant room for upward mobility as the organization scales.
