At Medfinder, we've always had a simple mission - to help people get the medications they need, when and where they need them. But as we've grown since our launch in January of 2024, we've realized that how we show up in the world matters just us much as what we do.
Thats why today, we're extremely excited to introduce Medfinder's new identity. It's more than just a new logo and colors - it is a reflection of who we are, what we stand for, and where we're going.
When we started Medfinder (or as some of you may know us as, Insito Medfinder), we were laser focused on our mission of helping people get access to the medications they need. Thinking about how we present ourselves to the world? Wasn't even on our minds. We built our first brand for speed, because we were focusing our efforts purely on solving problems for our customers.
But as Medfinder has evolved, our audience has as well. Our brand did not speak to our audience the way that we wanted it to. We heard the same feedback again and again: “I love what you're building, but it feels a little...clinical.”
So, we listened.
But that's not all. We've had A LOT going on behind the scenes.
If you've been using Medfinder for a while you know that there haven't been tons of updates coming out to the platform. That's because we've got one MASSIVE update coming very soon. We're still keeping the details under wraps about "Medfinder 2.0", but one of the first steps in our transition is to update our brand!
We didn't just rebrand to look different - we rebranded to be better.
Our new brand is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, we're going to be launching Medfinder 2.0 - a completely new and seamless experience for finding where your medications are in stock. We rethought the entire experience from the ground up, and can't wait to show it to you.
We're incredibly proud of where we've been and where we started - but are even more excited about where we're going, and we're incredibly grateful to have you along for the ride!
