Introducing Our New Look: The New Medfinder Brand

Medfinder has a brand new look!

At Medfinder, we've always had a simple mission - to help people get the medications they need, when and where they need them. But as we've grown since our launch in January of 2024, we've realized that how we show up in the world matters just us much as what we do.

Thats why today, we're extremely excited to introduce Medfinder's new identity. It's more than just a new logo and colors - it is a reflection of who we are, what we stand for, and where we're going.

Why we rebranded

When we started Medfinder (or as some of you may know us as, Insito Medfinder), we were laser focused on our mission of helping people get access to the medications they need. Thinking about how we present ourselves to the world? Wasn't even on our minds. We built our first brand for speed, because we were focusing our efforts purely on solving problems for our customers.

But as Medfinder has evolved, our audience has as well. Our brand did not speak to our audience the way that we wanted it to. We heard the same feedback again and again: “I love what you're building, but it feels a little...clinical.”

So, we listened.

But that's not all. We've had A LOT going on behind the scenes.

If you've been using Medfinder for a while you know that there haven't been tons of updates coming out to the platform. That's because we've got one MASSIVE update coming very soon. We're still keeping the details under wraps about "Medfinder 2.0", but one of the first steps in our transition is to update our brand!

What's new

  • A warmer, friendlier look and feel. Our new design uses softer colors, clearer typography, and a more approachable tone of voice—so every interaction feels human.
  • A refreshed logo and icon. Designed to be memorable, welcoming, and friendly. It nods to healthcare as a whole, medications, connectivity, and being a helping hand—our core strengths.
  • Streamlined messaging. We’ve tightened up how we explain our services, so it's easier for new users to understand how we can help.
  • A renewed focus on trust. From clearer privacy commitments to updated FAQs, we’re working hard to earn and keep your confidence.

Our objectives

We didn't just rebrand to look different - we rebranded to be better.

  • Convey trust: When it comes to your medication, there’s no room for doubt. We’re committed to making every page, every text message, and every interaction feel reliable, secure, and trustworthy.
  • Build connection: Whether you’re a patient searching for answers or a partner helping us expand access, we want you to feel like you’re working with real people who care.
  • Make healthcare less intimidating: We believe healthcare should feel human. By using plain language, clear visuals, and a warm tone, we’re making it easier to navigate an outdated system with overwhelming amounts of complexity.

What's next

Our new brand is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, we're going to be launching Medfinder 2.0 - a completely new and seamless experience for finding where your medications are in stock. We rethought the entire experience from the ground up, and can't wait to show it to you.

We're incredibly proud of where we've been and where we started - but are even more excited about where we're going, and we're incredibly grateful to have you along for the ride!
